Ingredients
Per serving
- 15g of chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
- 120ml of milk (1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a measuring cup
- Add the chia seeds and mix immediately using a fork or whisk
- Mix again 5 minutes later and again 5 minutes later (donβt miss step!)
- Pour into serving containers like a glass
- Put in the fridge and let sit overnight or for at least 2h
