Ingredients

Per serving

  • 15g of chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • 120ml of milk (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a measuring cup
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix immediately using a fork or whisk
  3. Mix again 5 minutes later and again 5 minutes later (don’t miss step!)
  4. Pour into serving containers like a glass
  5. Put in the fridge and let sit overnight or for at least 2h
