A delicious pesto to be used for pasta or as a spread/dip. Can be frozen for later use.
Ingredients
- 2 bunches of coriander
- 1 cup of seeds/nuts
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 lemon as juice
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of miso
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 to 4 cloves of garlic (optional)
