A delicious pesto to be used for pasta or as a spread/dip. Can be frozen for later use.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of coriander
  • 1 cup of seeds/nuts
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 lemon as juice
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of miso
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 to 4 cloves of garlic (optional)
